None of the incredible work we do would be possible without the support of our amazing donors and our community partners.
For donors who are nationals and residents of France and European Union countries.
In accordance with EU regulations, your donation gives you the right to a tax deduction.
The European Court of Justice has set out a non-discrimination principle, according to which EU member states must award equal tax concessions to charities based in other EU member states where the foreign charities can be shown to be comparable to domestic organisations holding charitable tax status.
If you are a tax resident of an EU member state and you are making a donation to a charity/association that is based in another EU member state, you may benefit from a tax deduction equivalent to that which would apply to donations you make to a charity/association based in your own EU member state of residency.
TaC delivers the tax receipt (reçu fiscal CERFA 11580*03) in the name of the physical person/company who made the donation to TaC International. Together with the tax deduction receipt TaC will send an explanatory letter in your language to facilitate the process in case of any possible questions.
If you are a resident of one of the European Union countries, your donation gives you the right to a tax deduction. The tax receipt is sent to your billing address by TaC International and has to be added to your annual/or monthly declaration of income, together with the explanatory letter issued by TaC International to the appropriate tax institution of your country of residence.
Your donation gives you the right to a 66% tax deduction from the amount of your donation, limited to 20% of your annual tax to be paid. The deduction is based on Article 200 of the Tax Code of the Republic of France (TaC international operates under French jurisdiction).
If your company is resident of one of the European Union countries, your donation gives you the right to a tax deduction. The tax is sent to your company billing address by TaC International and has to be added to your annual/or monthly declaration of income together with the explanatory letter issued by TaC International to the appropriate tax institution of your country of residence.
Your donation gives the company the right to a 60% tax deduction from the amount of the company donation, limited to 5% of the company’s annual turnover (5 per 1,000). The deduction is based on Article 238 bis of the Tax Code of the Republic of France (TaC international operates under French jurisdiction).
