Our main task is to assist victims of online illegal activities, develop educational tools on online safety, conceptualise and implement the awareness-raising activities on cybersecurity for different stakeholder groups.
In 2008 we realised the need for civil society action in the fight against cybercrime. In January 2010, TaC International has been born.
TaC – Together against Cybercrime International is a non-profit anti-cybercrime organisation born in France with its headquarter in Geneva. We are working internationally.

Yuliya entered the world of ICT and the Internet in 2006, and during the following years she accumulated extensive experience in the field of policy development and legal analysis in telecommunications and the Internet in developed and developing countries. An expert on cybercrime and cybersecurity, Yuliya, belongs to a number of international organisations and is author or co-author of a number of regulatory texts in different countries. She regularly advises governments and private sector entities on cybersecurity strategies.
Gilberto is a founder of the Law firm MARTINS DE ALMEIDA – ADVOGADOS, established in 1996, headquartered in Rio de Janeiro, specialises in computer and Internet law, and on legal aspects of information security, legal compliance, and risk management, with Brazilian and international clientele. He is a consultant for international organisations, and teaches and lectures on Internet law in Brazil and abroad.
Professor Rolf H. Weber holds a Chair for Private, Economic and European Law at the University of Zurich since 1995 and has been a practicing attorney admitted to the bar in Zurich and Switzerland since 1978. He is the founder and director of European Law Institute and the Center for Information and Communication Law at the University of Zurich (ZIK). Prof. Weber worked as Expert for a number of international organisations and in 2010 he became Member of the High Level Expert Group of the European Commission on the Internet of Things.
Mr Buffler is a barrister at law with more then 10 years of experience in commercial, acquisition law and contract law. He is a legal advisor of TaC and is interested in legal aspects of IP and the Domain Name System.
Dr. Igersheim is a statistician and a professor of applied statistics at the University of Strasbourg. A former Vice-President of the University of Strasbourg, she has authored a number of scientific articles and quantitative surveys.
Director and co-founder of the École Supérieure d’Infotronique d’Haiti, a private Haitian higher education institution. Patrick Attié is also the co-founder of the first Caribbean virtual reality laboratory. He is Vice-President of the French Haitian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
